A deposit of $200.00 is required on all christmas and Easter bookings and a $100.00 deposit is required at all other times. These deposits are required at time of booking. Balance is payable on arrival.

Low Season Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation fee equivalent to the applicable rate for 2 nights if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date.

Mid Season Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 28 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee equivalent to the applicable rate for 2 nights if cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date. High Season Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 28 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee equivalent to the applicable rate for 2 nights if cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date. No Show All Seasons No refund in cases where: - a booking is cancelled on the day arrival is expected - the guest does not show up on the day arrival is expected - once the guest has checked in In all cases, management reserves the right to consider waiving cancellation fees depending upon the guests' circumstances.
